It’s a little concerning that two of nine justices are literally insane. Not as in, disagrees with me, therefore they must be nuts. Like, genuinely unhinged and should not be legally allowed to operate a forklift, let alone a constitution.

If a uni withholds a degree from someone who has met all the requirements for that degree bc they delivered a speech that reflects that student’s ideas and political commitments, then the uni is admitting that degrees are awarded for obedience, not intellectual achievement. Which, hey, may be true.
