行かねば分からぬことはあるなと思った。集まった学者の多くが高齢というのは予想していた(現役は滅茶苦茶多忙だから)。が、その多くが大学の教職課程で教えていた人文系の学者であるというのは事前に予想していなかった。 　それは、教師養成の仕組みに政治が集中的に圧迫を加えてきたことを意味する。 　「戦争のできる国にしてはいけない」という声が非常に強かったのも印象的。「いつも左翼はありもしない戦争の危機を言い立てる」「そういって戦争に備えさせない」的反応が予想されるが、今、カリフォルニアでトランプが起こしている事態を見るに、むしろ今、日本にとって戦争の危機はリアルなものであろう。
