We finally got rain. Wet day on the fairway mower. Just happy to be done and warm now.

The issue with the irrigation.

We found the irrigation issue to the pump house. Pictures won’t load. Get your stuff together Bluesky

A new look. Wetting agent down. Which is good cause our pump house has no power right now. Cottonwood trees suck. I am done with fluff season.

My meat dealer showed up today. It is like Christmas when she does.

Some nasty pins out there. Fertilizer has kicked in. It is getting green and staying dry. It is becoming nice. Lots of compliments. Which is nice

Got the sidewinder dialed in today. Should be fun shaping the course to look like what I enjoy. Almost time to play. Maybe this week.

Finishing up paper work and watching water fly. Day off tomorrow, so soon will be gardening time.

Had the old school slitter out today. Let them breathe.

Have this beast out for some slitting tomorrow. At least get some movement of water it the greens. Older than dirt but stool effective. Should be fun.

Slowly charting the sprinkler system. So rough getting water, not my favourite use of water. But each head is pretty much individual control. Which is cool. Little moisture meter to chart water on greens. Waiting on stimp meter to get speed and roll. Counting how many dumps of greens. Data is fun.

Angle on fairways. First cut on rough. Newbie rolls greens and moved pins. I finished solid tines on tees. That is a great Monday. Tomorrow is fertilizing tees. It is starting to look like my type of course.

Irrigation ran overnight. Greens starting to look alright. Almost time to get rid of the sand reels. Solid tine a couple tees with that big fella. It is slow and awesome. Doing the rest tomorrow. Course is starting to look alright. Lots of positive comments.

Newbie on greens. Only one mistake. One sprinkler stuck on. Course is slowly becoming green. Now time for yard work on nap time.

Doing paper work at the office in the clubhouse today and had a look out. It is a nice view. Irrigation going tonight. Time to turn it green and fast.

Practice with a sprayer today. Fun, once I figured it out.

Today was pins moved and a quick roll. Well newbie took three hours. So not so quick.

Some vole damage on a green. First cuts of the green today. The dirt that is about four inches under our green complexes. A nice sand cap and then this. Going to dig it out, one plug at a time.

Rolled greens today. Still need another blow off and brush before a cut.

Dear neighborhood. Playoff hockey has started. We are not fighting. Just yelling at the TV. Go Habs and anyone but the oilers.

The forest of plants is getting larger in the house.

Greens dragged and blown off today. Getting closer.

Dragged fairways yesterday. It causes the dead stuff up and with today’s warmth they should be popping soon. A day off today. Then pretty much go time soon.

Today was top dressing of tees. I love sand

Today’s picture of the one last tee box with snow. I would add more pictures but I can’t seem to able to. It is getting closer.

Tees need some love. Rest of course looks alright. Lots of possible staff. That will be strange.

Snow is almost gone. Should be gone by the weekend. A little miss on the spray. Shows the importance of fungicide

Green looks pretty good at the new place. Come on sun and wind. Let’s get rid of the snow.

Still a little while away from golf.

Last night I curled in an event for the first time in 13 years where I wasn’t the ice guy. It was awesome. Beers tasted great. Played awesome. Left the ice and relaxed. It just was wonderful. I missed it.
