Went out for a trail run this morning to Black Bear Wilderness area. It’s a beautiful 7.1 mile trail, I highly recommend it! I ran two laps, most I’ve ran on that trail in one go. Saw a cool snake on the trail! #Running #Nature

Another successful day! I edited two chapters. Now that I'm working on book three again, it's coming along quite nicely. On the non-writing front, I went for a 7-mile run today in my Vibrams. It was a bit chilly but nothing too bad after I warmed up. On to tomorrow! #amediting #running

During my run today, a dog ran up to me with no collar and no human. I knocked on the nearby house, and it was their dog, so nothing bad happened. However, what if the dog wandered away and got lost? This happens constantly to me. I'm glad I can help, but can people keep better track of their dogs?
