The Pope is coming to Chicago on June 14, 2025. When Pope John Paul was here years ago, yellow mums decorated the stage in grant park. The next morning they were giving them to cars passing by. My boss brought 2 plants for us. My parents were thrilled. My boss was jewish.

Today I put in the rosemary &moss roses in strawberry planter, sage, basil, &chocolate mint too. have more moss roses, measly cilantro, lettuce, and lanky basil and dill. My garden is 40-45 % in. I can’t lift my arms. I also had 2 indignant hummers who acted like ICE agents.

Pope Leo XIV will be celebrating a mass in Chicago on the same day as Trump’s multi-million tax paid birthday military parade. Chicago is expecting at least 1 million people to show up for the event. If you can make it to the Pope’s mass then do it, make it the biggest event of the day.
