PSA- Starting over was the scariest leap to take but it's also been soul-healing. Life changing. I'm heading to the east coast to visit my kids and grands. The one-on-one time with them will be epic. The beach brings me peace. The waves, the energy, it speaks to me and helps me center. Its a vibe.

Finding yourself again means doing hard things and pushing through the fear of being alone. You realize you held onto something that you became codependent on because you never thought you could make it financially. Hard pill to swallow knowing you held yourself back because of fear.
