First time in Pembrokeshire - seems reasonable. Yes, we did have to climb those steps.

Advice to live by..

An island day #Highlands

Scotland being excellent

After an 8-hour train marathon, I was rewarded by a trip on the Glasgow Metro, which is BEAUTIFUL 😍 and then off to Ballachulish for a reasonable view.

Ah the joys of a 4-car CrossCountry from Bristol to Edinburgh. Seven hours of overcrowding (in fairness the first hour was reasonable enough and I did get to experience the Lydney route)💩🚂

Especially appreciating the casting of a greyhound for this.

Tonight was Das Koolies in Newport (was livelier than this photo depicts). Tidy.

After a disturbed night with a disappointing result (suppose it could have been much worse), I was a bit late for my dog walking duties. Appreciating the beautiful morning though. Let's hope the new version is better than the disgraced former one.

Wuppertal Schwebebahn appreciation post. Glorious 😍 😍

Glorious day in Cologne!

“Life should not be a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in a pretty and well preserved body, but rather to skid in broadside in a cloud of smoke, thoroughly used up, totally worn out, and loudly proclaiming "Wow! What a Ride!” - Hunter S. Thompson

Really appreciating the sunshine and blossoms after such a long grey winter!

Fabulous time on the final recce for Butcombe, feeling it a bit today mind.

Oh fuck off, watch him win too.

Pleasing

A typical European car is parked 92% of the time. It spends 1/5th of its driving time looking for parking. Its 5 seats only move 1.5 people. 86% of its fuel never reaches the wheels, and most of the energy that does, moves the car, not the people. Sound efficient? HT @ellenmacarthurfdn.bsky.social

Hmm, my *Labour* MP having a completely normal one. A 'truly progressive endeavour' FFS!

Breaking down did lead to the best thing I've ever filmed though. Emergency sheep rave.

In honour of international women’s day – was the motor car co-invented by a woman? And have we been robbing her of credit for 140 years? The story begins with a heist…

Doing the recce of the east half of Butcombe yesterday was definitely the better choice. Currently sat in bed watching the rain.

Beautiful. A big improvement on the lumpy, bumpy path of before. Thanks #BristolCityCouncil or #Sustrans or whoever it was! #cyclepaths

Fabulous afternoon at the Slapstick festival listening to Nigel Planer and Ben Elton's Rik Mayall stories

Another one *elderly bristolian woman gif*. This week's run comes courtesy of the postponed 'turkey trot' in the Welsh hills. Mud conditions - liquid and slidey
