I suppose I don't watch too many non-Arsenal games but are they always refereed like this? VAR allowing DOGSOs go unpunished, generous penalties, no yellow cards for late and deliberate fouls.

Aside from those right in the corner, nobody else in the Ground could really see MLS’s celebration other than that he was just sitting down. It was only when we saw the replays that we might have considered it funny or (wibble) “offensive”. So banning replays is the only solution to this scourge.

We’ve come a long way from the FA Cup game v Blackburn in 2013. Arsene picked a mixed team and when we won our first corner, nobody went to take it. Eventually AOC reluctantly wandered over but it was clear we’d not even decided who the taker might be, let alone have a plan for it. We lost 0-1.
