Everybody is rightfully excited about the 4K digital release of “Hard Boiled.” But don’t ignore that Ringo Lam’s gritty crime masterpiece “City on Fire” also got a full 4K restoration. I’m watching it now & I can’t believe how good it looks. It’s not as slick as “Hard Boiled”but it’s still gorgeous
