So something that never stops disturbing me is how casual "pro-lifers" can be about wanting women to die instead of getting an abortion. An example is how it was told in the Birdcage to appease a Republican father and it got him to warm up to Albert. Nobody should feel comfortable admitting that.

Best part of the parade was how even my autistic reluctance to guess on non verbal social cues would agree that the lardass was bitterly disappointed. That sagging face could curdle milk with its unhappiness

If you take one thing away from today, let it be that we outnumber them.

What we learned yesterday. The Times They Are a-Changin'

The anti-abortion movement in America has killed people with guns, bombs and laws. Yesterday, one of its members assassinated a Minnesota politician. We must reject religious extremism and restore reproductive rights for all Americans.

Today was a beautiful reminder that the United States are not down yet. Keeping fighting the good fight, folks! There are way more of you than we give ourselves credit for.

One thing I'm glad for today: More people have made it worthwhile to remember over a certain fatass. I'll remember it as a day when decent folk made their presence known more loudly

I'm tired, I'm sore from doing the annoying burning exercise thing, I am now going to go eat a slice of bread slathered with butter and peanut butter

Trump parade vs No Kings march, San Diego

People are about to jump on the fact that Vance Boelter served on a Tim Walz board years ago, and not on the fact that the guy owns a conservative-identified company that specifically said they are anti abortion on their site, with his hitlist including abortion providers

“If ICE is going to wear a mask in their uniform, then I can.”

I never thought I'd see the day when Teen Vogue would be giving advice like this. Fuck MAGA for stealing the next generation's childhood making this necessary

NEW: 12 masked armed men try to enter a homeless shelter without saying who they are. ICE agents park outside an elementary school, sparking fear and a car accident. Local police respond to a call about a possible assault, only to find ICE. Inside one day on LI: theintercept.com/2025/06/13/i...

From a dear comrade who was kind enough to let me share their video. Veterans stage a sit-in on the US Capitol steps and say, “Military off our streets!” Hell yeah!

If ya need some good news Montana supreme court ruled the state abortion restrictions as unconstitutional

Good. If their oath to the Constitution isn't enough to protect citizens, then them getting cheated of a paycheck and mistreated by the wannabe dictators will only push them to side with the citizens.

I think the part that makes the entire thing so mentally exhausting is knowing none of this shit was necessary or unavoidable or unexpected or surprising.

When you're in a blue state, but the town you live in is heavily MAGA and your primary elections only allow Republicans.... 😑

Celebrate the small victories

"You'll never convince people to your side with divisive rhetoric," they say, about people who have shown that not even having their friends and neighbors kidnapped and disappeared by masked goons will convince them.

What is up with the news posting more than one event in the same title?

This is how. Greta Thunberg spits fire and gives you the only media training you may ever need.

people hate Greta Thunberg because her privilege and comfort does not stop her from standing up against genocide and climate disaster, forcing people to look at themselves and their complicity

If we were all vampires from What We Do in the Shadows, there'd be an insane amount of super slumbering to skip this shitty timeline

🚨BREAKING: Georgia Supreme Court STRIKES DOWN four State Election Board rules concerning certification and hand counting ballots last year. A big victory for GA voters and a stinging defeat for the RNC and election deniers. www.democracydocket.com/cases/georgi...
