An easy 6.83 miles today. According to the Garmin our second mile took 4 minutes and 44 seconds. I think the Garmin was drunk since we weren't even trying to be fast. I was just letting him move the way he wanted to.... 🤷‍♀️

I just learned that my husband has been squirting Sileo (thunder monster meds that are absorbed through your skin) on his finger. Then rubbing it on the dog's gums. FOR YEARS! This is why women live longer. 🤣
