It's fairly obvious from this credit and the press release that Billie Piper's seeming incarnation of the Doctor is going to be brief. I have absolutely no interest in the (likely dumb) explanation for this stunt or how we get past this glitch to the next proper Doctor.

Oh boy. Well, that episode was a mess. But I did find somethings to like it in. 1. I loooved the scene between Ncuti's Doctor and Spoiler 1. That's the magic that RTD can do. He sucks at plotting but boy can he cook in scenes like that one. #doctorwho

I love the idea that the Doctor has a barbershop in Lagos that he visits from time to time. Doctor Who, the show, is fundamentally British, but the Doctor isn't. 60s era Doctor Who was a more globe hopping show than the current version. I'd love to get back to that. #doctorwho

My favorite thing in tonight's Doctor Who was Jemma Redgrave as Kate Stewart in one of many great performances in this episode. Kate has been a wonderful addition the world of Doctor Who and I'm always happy when she's given something substantial to do. #doctorwho
