I’ve been spending the past month or so getting back into a routine I used to do religiously and it’s the happiest I’ve felt in so long 😭 lifting every single day and working on building muscle back up has made me feel so alive (And comedically nothing exhausts me I LOVE IT SO MUCH 😭!!!)
