It’s not that deep
Just about 6 feet
I said I didn’t mind
But I mentioned it’d be sweet
I said I’d like a call
I showed that I cared
So to get nothing at all
That started the tears

Then I wasn’t sad
I was angry
At myself
And everyone who’s ever hurt
Someone through carelessness
