Yeah, but it's ambiguous enough to be read as two separate things, Trump abolishing it and Trump dismantling it. Congress didn't establish a DoE "in name only", so Trump scraping out its guts is just as unconstitutional as it would be for him to abolish it, and that needs to be made more clear

Since the founders didn't clearly lay out the consequences for violating the Constitution, and relied on the honor system and a person's conscience, they basically made the Constitution just a series of suggestions. I've been saying that for decades but no one would listen to me.
