Since folks are liking this one;
Here's some more photos. It's a plastic case in Japanese style.
I think this technically is a case meant for a CD release, floppy releases usually have a bracket to keep them secure.

PC98 boxes are pretty clever, in that they tend to have compartments for all media types (3.5", 5.25" and CD) 🐱

I have seen the one with a slot and clip specifically for floppies but maybe that was before CD-ROMs were common.

Sometimes I wonder if 5.25" sleeves and CD-ROM jewel cases (which both fit in the center compartment) being the same size was just a happy coincidence, which prolonged the life of these boxes to multimedia age. But some PC-9801 era games also came with OST's, so maybe the box designs incorporated
