My roommates used to steal my leftover pizza in my apartment in college all the time so I started ordering mushroom, pineapple, and black olive pizza whenever I got pizza and it was a deterrent from them taking it, but honestly that’s a top tier combo of pizza toppings
Maybe we were trying to distract ourselves from the interminable winter…did you ever think of that? No, you didn’t, did you Andrew! You don’t even care that it’s cold up here!! And that we crave anything that will remind us of warmer weather. 😭💔🍍🍕
It's an Italian culinary orthodoxy thing. Except Italians will put french fries on pizza and make excuses about it. And I will recognise and enjoy "true" pizza as a work of culinary art, I will also enjoy that burger pizza, or that Hawaiian pizza (as long as it's ham, mushroom and pineapple).
