One of the most useful things you learn in school maths is estimate calculation (överslagsräkning). With it, you use simpler approximate numbers to get a fairly good idea about a resulting number.

The dish thus contains a bit more than 525 kcal. The estimation in this case is strictly speaking just rounding 152 to 150, but there is some other useful head-calculations there too.
Here I have a package of food at 350 g, with 152 kcal of energy per 100 g. First that's 3×100 g → 150 kcal×3 = 450 kcal, then we have left another half of 150 kcal → 450+75=525 kcal.
