We didn't even have sugar, and no whitener. The only reason the maple syrup was in the cupboard was 'cause we'd had a staff breakfast the week earlier 🫠 Regardless the reason, I agree that maple syrup in coffee is pretty good! Heheh

I came up with it because the kitchen of the LTC place I worked at could not be fucked to explain to their staff that maybe you shouldn't put sugar in a plastic container that has spent three months holding dill pickles -- but it's so good especially if you drop the money for the real shit

A "Canadiano" will always, to me at least, be a minimum of four shots of espresso in a large coffee cup.

No dilution. Just more espresso.
