The memory makes him want to claw at his own skin. He should have felt horror-- grief. Not this twisted desire he can't seem to be able to get rid of.

The overwhelming smell of his blood, so cloyingly sweet it made his nostrils flare.

The rabbit-fast pulse of Jiaoqiu's struggling heart pounding in his ears. Moze's mind narrowing into nothing but the overwhelming urge to drink--to consume. When he'd leaned over Jiaoqiu it hadn't been to treat his wound, but to sink his fangs into vulnerable flesh.

He would have bitten Jiaoqiu then and there if it weren't for the Trailblazer stopping him. Drank of him when he didn't have a drop of blood to spare.

There's drying blood on Moze's hands still--Jiaoqiu's blood. He should wash it off. It's the proper thing to do.
