What do you mean by “planning to hurt people”? I am well aware of the horrors of this this administration, but there are limits to the preemptive legal interventions that labor unions can take before actual harm has taken place in the workplace.

If they cared about the American worker, they'd have mobilized AHEAD of the election and WARNED their members (& everyone else not to vote for anyone in the GOP). They also had 3 months between the election and now to start distributing those materials widely & publicly, so people were prepared.

No union the size of the AFL-CIO is going to unanimously support one candidate, and no union endorsement is compulsory upon its locals or members. That being said, the AFL-CIO unequivocally endorsed both Biden and Harris. Maybe you’re thinking of the Teamsters?
