Oh isn't that crazy?! So these farm gobblers aren't buying the farms to actually grow food but like the property market to make it more scarce so that it costs more.
You know what you/we could, start a webpage that shows people where they could get certain ingredients locally because I have no idea.

For example, I was driving to a spring before I got my Reverse osmosis system and I'd pass a farm that sold a certain kind of lean beef from a heritage cattle. Unfortunately they weren't local.
