I'm not suggesting he suggest a lesser suspension. Hipkins has already done that. I'm suggesting someone move a non-suspension amendment. But perhaps another TPM MP will and then Ferris can speak again.

But Te Pāti Māori reject the report entirely. They want a straight vote against.

His iwi is suspending its consent to te Tiriti for the period of the suspension. They invite all hapu and iwi to do the same.
