Do you mean themes like templates you can buy or setting the theme section in the tailwind config?
I guess I've done both, I use custom colors in my sites defined in the config, and I've also used and taken inspiration from premade components.

I was talking about templates, I don’t buy, but I usually use the free ones when I want to try something quickly. I was wondering where you find your templates
