According to sources she will scrap or dilute Corporate Sustainability Reporting (CSRD), climate Due Diligence (CSDDD), Taxonomy & Carbon Border levy (CBAM).

I wasted days working on this useless shit (hint: you can't use anything in there to deduct/infer/conclude anything, unless the company that answers is way off its legal requirements)
Of course, this shitload of additional work came on top of the rest-->lower quality
Talk about designing directives just to feed parasites like the Big 4!
Over 90% of companies previously subject to CBAM reporting obligations will be completely exempt, from what I hear.
But even after this walk-back it will still leave the EU miles ahead of the US (and almost all other jurisdictions) on climate.
