I wonder whether you're thinking of https://www.capbridge.com/experiences/treetops-adventure/ - that's actually on the mainland, not on the island. Never been, and now with LongCovid, won't in the foreseeable future.

I lost my life as I knew it to ME CFS in 2014 so I know that grief well of all the things we still would love to be able to do but physically cannot

Thank you! Yeah, it's not exactly how I thought I would live my retirement. But honestly, I have it better than sooo many people, including a super supportive family. One of my daughters also has ME CFS, the other also has multiple health problems, so this is nothing new for us. Still, a drag.
