Yep. Someone had their dog unleashed in the lobby of my friend's building and let it jump all over her and lick her, because of course it's soooo friendly! So friendly that she needed an epipen and an ER visit.

What's WORSE is the number of owners who proceeded to verbally abuse the mailman because I didn't feel comfortable around their loose dog
