It's infuriating. We started out with chronic Lyme nonsense, which already causes ME. This added on, it's been a nightmare. Making and using elderberry syrup had helped, turkey tail has helped. But nothing has FIXED.

That’s just it. I take enough medications to run my own pharmacy and most days that allows me to manage somewhat, though there are still breakthrough issues. And, as you say, no solutions.

Yes. And that's if I mitigate other issues. Enough salt. Enough protein. I have leg pumps for lymphedema and that's at least an hour daily if not two. And exercise. And all the meds

It’s a full-time job! Just add in doctor’s trips and you’re way into overtime.
