the original Modern Warfare games being loaded with hackers on both PS3/360 is legit but there were some crazy mods too. Vehicles, extra killstreaks, Black Ops guns, new modes. It was all fun until someone bricked your system or gave you negative 1000000000000XP
iirc the reason this all works is due to the console versions having SV_CHEATS enabled at all times, which if you have a jailbroken console means tons of chaos is possible
I remember being a kid and getting the Orange Box on PS3 and was excited to play the characters from those YouTube videos I watched at school. It was just full of turrets in the walls.
i used to run modded xbox 360 lobbies all the time where we'd play on the train bridge map from half life 2. it would take people 5 minutes to load in and be like what the fuck is this
