Ok, #HiveMind. After yet another catastrophically awful customer service experience with Rogers, we’re ready to consider cutting the cord. Have you done it? What was it like? Any advice?

I did it when I moved. Rogers didn’t service the area I moved to. The process itself was relatively easy (switched to Bell and both the intake and departure were simple) and saved 50% of my. But Rogers KEPT calling afterwards even though there’s no service in the new hood. Infuriating.
