I doubt it. Last time they said that and I think the vast majority of people got emails within 10 mins or so. But they're covering themselves with this statement. I mean, if you had their history of IT issues, wouldn't you?

I doubt it – they've had the 26–28 Feb window for about a year (and I'm not sure how far in advance they're given dates for Estimates).

Hopefully there's time for questions in Estimates tonight aside from the Coalition pursuing a single researcher, again.
