#Zelenskyy reopens the #EuropeanArmy debate. Pipe dream? Not so sure. If Europeans have to send a strong & coherent force to 🇺🇦 without #NATO or 🇺🇸 backing, then yes, the simplest and most effective way might be to create an integrated structure.
