Democrats sat and watched waiting for the DOJ to do something for 4 years. Now unfortunately we may never be in power again. Trump should have been arrested 1/6. They just told us to give them money to fight. Now they want us to fight. We need real leaders who lead and fight for the American people.

Also, in blue and purple states, we had a massive undervote at the top of the ballot, rare under vote (usually occur as one goes down the ballot ) resulting in over 8,000,000 voting but not for a presidential candidate.

We probably can't stop it. Maybe some court will, but there is little we can do to affect that other than donating to people with standing who challenge it in court. A lot of very bad stuff is going to happen. We resist where we can. I do wish our to Dem leaders showed more fight.

I think one answer is for those who are being purged to file lawsuits themselves. It seems pretty obvious that these firings and forced resignations are being done as retaliation. Prohibitions against retaliation are some of our bedrock labor laws.

An even bigger problem is Musk infiltrating the Treasury and no one appears to be able to stop it despite it obviously being illegal.

Unless and until he abolishes the court system, those cases still have to be answered. That takes time and resources. It’s a holding action. And some of those cases will be won and have to be elevated to higher levels. More time and resources. That’s the way to resist.

Thanks and great question. Some won't be stopped, as I said. Lawsuits potentially could lead to injunctions. But grinding down the Senate can also cause GOP senators to approach Trump. Senators hate long hours and little chance to go home. Make their lives awful.

You can stop them. But, we have to be specific with people. They are mired in overwhelm and chaos.
Calling, letter writing, etc feels like speaking into the void.
Instead, find a social justice org and volunteer. They have existing plans that can be implemented.

To surrender all the tools in your toolbox, or treat them like some verboten thing you only use in the most extreme circumstances, is insane.
