Something has gone Amiss either autoimmune or POTS wise & my face is now wrapped in a cooling towel. Yes, my face. Just my face is feverishly hot, including not to the touch. It's happened before, but usually just my right cheek & not so intensely. I'm sure this is fine. Chronic illness is so weird.
