I heard from the family of a former SPAD to NS that the SNP send out on average 15-17 press releases daily. I imagine some of those would have been rebuttals. The parents said it was a source of constant frustration that few if any were published. They just don’t.

I've been asking for years that SNP sends more information to rebut media lies and bias to its members so they can use the info on social media, letters to newspapers and in talking to people. But... Would be much harder for the media to ignore if thousands were addressing rather than just SNP HQ.

I suspect most members never or rarely look. They need info dropping into their email inboxes for it to register and for them to take action. Nor are there ever any reminders to check website. Sadly most if us are probably lazy and need spoonfed or sidelined by other issues and needs.
