I also appreciate that you used the Queen's U guide. Given its similarity in terms of specific language, some of that looks like it came out of a grad seminar I was part of way way way way back when I was a grad student there.
I inherited that guide from the previous person who taught the prof dev course -- no idea how they came across it. It's very straightforward, which I appreciate!
It may have come out of a whole bunch of threads way back when (some it looks like what one of my bio profs - Bill Plaxton at Queen's - recommended). I was a grad rep on the teaching development committee so it really looks familiar.
