I remember excitement as a child of getting the Christmas TV&Radio Times, a pen & pack of new VHS tapes (bought specially every year) ready to work out what was to be watched & recorded. There was always variety christmas specials nothing now same old current trash & celebs.

I’d have to agree with you. I’m not interested in the soaps or reality tv. I actually watch very little tv these days. It just doesn’t appeal to me any more.

I haven't watched soaps in over 10 years, my mum still watches them like lot elderly, only because as she says nothing else on & she doesn't stream. Only channels I really watch are ones with classic TV or old films.
