Oh. I… Oh. I misremembered the deadline as being tomorrow, not today. I'm fucked
I will never forgive Twitch/Amazon for this. Even if I can get the videos all downloaded in time, there's really nowhere I can rehost them. I can move them to YouTube, but that deletes the chat-log history right?

What I was doing was starting at one end, doing direct youtube transfers until hitting the limit (which depends on being partly youtube verified)
I was freaking out when this first was announced and hammering support, but the extended deadline was the best they'd do. Gotta do triage if they matter.
To bulk download chat+video, which in the future would allow you to re-encode the chat into the video (included feature). I've done some archival of Twitch VODs with it, make sure to download chat as JSON/HTML and to render the emotes (checkbox)
In other words, no way to download a few hundred videos other than click twice per video and inflame my RSI
Wtf
I don't know if this will help, but this tool should be able to grab all of them (including the ones that still have chat): https://github.com/lay295/TwitchDownloader
Go to the task list section, and you can page through 30 at a time + select all to queue them all.
Not the best solution but might be fast enough to save your vods.
Best of luck
There's a pane in the GUI, I find mentioned (but not described) in the docs:
https://github.com/lay295/TwitchDownloader/blob/master/TwitchDownloaderWPF/README.md#:~:text=search%20vods%3A%20a%20window%20to%20search%20all%20vods%20from%20a%20streamer%20that%20will%20all%20be%20processed%20with%20the%20same%20enqueue%20settings.%20see%20figure%206.3%20and%20figure%206.5.
What happens if I click "Add to Queue"? I want it to download the videos, chats, and metadata, and re-encode nothing
Do note it takes a lot of your hard disk usage. I was cranking at 100% disk usage until this was done.
What I did to download my Twitch archives ahead of the delete was:
- Download WPF/Windows version of
https://github.com/lay295/TwitchDownloader
- Click "Task Queue"
- Click "Search VODs"
- Set page size to 100
- Enter my name
- Select all
- Add to queue
- Repeat for next 100
