I used to do this a lot but my therapist uses gestalt techniques and actually confronts me about my laughing and now im able to stop deflecting so much and actually process without laughter. I WANT TO THOUGH 😭
i feel like laughing is a great coping mechanism tho, i don’t get why some therapists have to point out our laugher. kinda makes things awkward after that.. this is coming from personal experience 😭😭
