A five minute visit to Foulshaw Moss, as the sun set (overcast all day) was rewarded by a pair of roosting Peregrine Falcons, an albino Red Deer stag and, last but not least, a fly by of an adult male Merlin who perched on a favoured tree stump before flying off fast and low across the Moss
