They can use Sky follower Bridge. A free browser extension. Once installed, they just have to go on their follower page on Twitter and lauch the research. The extension will look and find them if they're on Bluesky. Then they just have to follow them. Sometimes they are false positive but it works.
I see. That is why i mentioned it the way I did. Others do the same thing.
