Did a quick search and I gather it happens quite a bit... no one seems to know why. I changed the price in my bookshelf, so it's been resubmitted and hopefully will work again soon.

Same. I spent the morning reading about my options. Looks like Ingramspark for print, Draft2Digital for ebook, and potentially Gumroad for direct sales from my website. Once I get away from Amazon I'll be able to hook up with https://bookshop.org
