I understand completely. Everything Trump & co. are doing right now is to manufacture chaos. The establishment dems are doing nothing. The left leaning ones are trying to do things to pause some of the firings, etc but ultimately the only thing that will stop this is massive protests.

Because the US has been geopolitically engineered to make protesting quite dangerous for the average person(no labor laws, insurance tied to employment, possible loss of voting rights in some places) it will take a hell of a lot to get enough people out in the streets.

Many people here are very individualistic, and won't be willing to participate in a general strike/protest until they see consequences of what is happening personally. People are protesting already, but it's barely getting covered by the media here.

There is also a concern that the military will be brought in and made to use force against Protesters. It has happened before, but with National guard(controlled by individual states) troops. There would need to be millions out on the streets.
