Depends on your preference!! I don’t like anything overly bitter & I prefer a stronger overall matcha flavor. Some will taste sweeter, while others will taste more grassy or even rich.
Also depends on how it’s prepared. I don’t like clumpy matcha and the color can be an indicator on quality

So to answer your question, for me something non-clumpy, not super diluted by milk, more frothy matcha, & preferably ceremonial grade!
