Phyra Lavellan was most shaken learning her gods, indeed her entire culture was based on lies.

She was never the same after meeting Inquisitor Ameridan, she realized whatever legacy she might had was out of her hands.

She hated having just one arm to punch venatori and demons.

I'd say the ending. Even though the enemy is defeated, that bittersweet feeling of his companions eventually leaving sorta clings to him. Selfishly, when the south goes to crap again, there's a small part of him that's excited to rally his friends again.

Hmmm in that case, probably the destruction of Haven. One by one, things went from bad to worse. So much stress fell upon her shoulders and next thing she knew, everyone expected her to fix everything. Mending the Breach was one thing, but facing Corypheus was another.
