I still think it's a big red flag that last year, Ben Johnson agreed to meet with the Commanders, agreed to a time and date, but then waited until they were in the air to change his mind. That's really unprofessional.

You're allowed to change your mind. It's fine to say "no." What he did was bad.

If he’s able to bring in Dennis Allen and Darren Rizzi, I’ll be real happy about his setup. Also bringing in someone like Hank Fraley to be his OC would be huge, because the Bears O-Line needs good coaching as well. They need more talent on the line for sure, but a better coach there would be great.

He will need to have some control over player personnel decisions since the current GM really sucks at talent evaluation. Bears don’t draft well and don’t evaluate players well enough to field a competitive team. Neither side of the ball is positioned well to succeed.

I think one of the larger components is also if he has any leadership skills, and the ability to have the respect of a locker with vets, and so many young players like caleb and rome. As much as I'm excited about it, its still a massive gamble in certain aspects
