Those surveys from restaurants, retail, and service companies are actually used to judge performance, sometimes in aggregate, but often individually. Most people only complete them when they have a bad experience.
This year, take time to recognize the good experiences. Click the 👍 on the Amazon delivery, let the burger joint know they got your order right, recognize the Service Desk agent who helped fix your mistake. Add a couple of words of praise for the person you interacted with; they get back to them.
