your 4th amendment means nothing. live within 100 miles of a border or "external boundary" like coastlines, NYC, Philadelphia, and all of NJ? border patrol can verify citizenship!

YOU HAVE THE RIGHT TO REMAIN SILENT. YOU DO NOT LEGALLY HAVE TO ANSWER ANY QUESTIONS. Border patrol can only ask you brief questions about citizenship and they cannot hold you for an extended period without cause.

That said, if you were born in the US, ESPECIALLY IF YOU ARE WHITE, you need to speak the fuck up.

You have a layer of privilege that protects you from retaliation for being rude or making a scene. That makes it your duty to speak up and make sure everyone knows their rights.

If I come across anything I most likely will step in, as a white male I understand that I do have privilege and no I'm not saying that's good it's sad that its the truth. Its fucked up, so might as well speak out whenever possible.

Resistance, even in small amounts, is important. They count on citizens turning a blind eye to do what they're doing. Disabuse of that notion; make it difficult and uncomfortable for them to do their job.

ICE has always loved buses and trains. If you find yourself in this position, you need to loudly let everyone know their rights. This has been known to cause them to leave without verifying citizenship- they don't want the headache. THIS CAN SAVE LIVES

-ICE cannot detain without reasonable suspicion: specific facts that make it reasonable to believe a crime has been committed. They can not search or detain anyone without this.

-If you're white, be rude. Be a fucking DICK. They can't arrest you for telling them to fuck off.
