We have always had ICE here too. Usually manifested in a big investigation that culminates in a raid.

But we haven’t had 6-12 APCs full of ICE agents setting up in a Home Depot parking lot in broad daylight very often, nor mass indiscriminate arrests.

Feels like a planned spectacle.
