My image of kobolds is permanently warped because I own "Introduction to Dungeons & Dragons", a 1995 boxed set which walks players through a tutorial adventure with "cutscenes" on audio CD, one of which features a mob of kobolds whose actor is VERY OBVIOUSLY doing Beavis from "Beavis and Butt-Head".
